MississippiCAN에 가입하는 방법

Visit the 미시시피 Division of Medicaid site for more information on eligibility and enrollment.

You can print out an application form at the 미시시피 Division of Medicaid or 미시시피's Common Web Portal website. Then, submit your completed application to the Office of Eligibility at the Division of Medicaid.
Fax your application to 1-601-576-4164. (An origianl signature is not required on faxed applications.)
Mail your application to 550 High Street, Suite 1000, Jackson, MS 39201 or the regional office that serves the county where you live.

Apply in person at the regional office that serves the county where you live.
