How to choose UnitedHealthcare

Joining UnitedHealthcare is easy! If you are not a UnitedHealthcare STAR+PLUS member already, you can choose our health plan:

After you choose your language, select “2” for Medicaid, then “6” for STAR+PLUS, then “3” to talk to an agent who will help you choose your health plan.

Send in your enrollment form by mail. Use the enrollment form the 텍사스 Health and Human Services Commission sent you.
